With genuine care, heartfelt passion and a never-ending fascination for the female body & mind, I am happy to guide you on your own unique journey to optimal well-being. I believe everything in our system is connected. That’s why I approach my work in a holistic way: merging ancient Eastern practices with modern science. A beautiful mix of breathwork, yoga & movement, (Ayurvedic) nutrition, energetic practices and mindfulness.
